The reason is sometime the foreigner do not know which topic is bad. Just because the subject may be repetitive to people doesnt make it any less important. I use to get really nervous when people were looking at me.

I always feel nervous when i do presentations, so i nomarlly write and read in presentations without making any eye contact with audience. When i am assigned a speech that does not excite me very much it is very easy to let that dictate my speech. This is a habit i must break! I feel that this habit may be the worst of them all.

I also lean my body over to one side so i can feel more comfortable, but that obviously isnt good pubic speaking posture. As i read this article, i am now able to avoid the problem i had had which is 5. And it will become incredibly boring and the audience will start to think that the speaker does not care.
